Reference page for campaign reviewers. This page demonstrates the SMS consent disclosure and opt-in flow. Actual opt-in occurs during mandatory onboarding after staff are created by an admin and verify their email. This page is not a functional opt-in form.

SMS opt-in flow (demo)

Staff see this consent disclosure during onboarding at /onboarding. They must check the box and accept the terms before completing their profile.

In the real flow, staff also see a mobile number field and must verify their phone before completing profile. Opt-in is stored with timestamp when they submit.

Opt-in process

  1. Admin creates staff in the system and sends an invite
  2. Staff verifies email and sets password
  3. Staff completes mandatory profile at /onboarding
  4. In the profile form: mobile number required + this consent disclosure
  5. Staff checks the consent box and submits; consent stored with timestamp

Opt-out: Users may reply STOP to any message or log in and adjust preferences in the app.
